Free shipping for order value more than $200, otherwise $9.95 freight charge.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Estimated delivery time is 1~3 business days after order has shipped.
Sparky Mall may provide a refund on the return of the Products within 30 days where the Product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable condition. The Products must not be installed or damaged in any way. Customers are liable for any shipping costs associated with the refund. Please send email request to sales@sparkymall.com.au. After you have received authorisation to return, please organise to post back the Product.
Please contact us straight away, return the faulty item and we will send you a replacement item upon inspection of the faulty item or offer you a complete refund.
Replacement warranty and manufacturer warranty applies to all our products.
Unfortunately, we only ship within Australia.
